This feed doser from Hanskamp, also called an anti-spill power feed doser, ensures that the pellets fall from a small height into the feed bowl. So your cows get an exact portion of concentrate, to the gram. If the cows bump into the dispenser, no extra feed will spill out, thanks to the anti-spill system.

A strong feed dispenser
Hanskamp's PipeFeeder is made of high-quality plastic and strong stainless steel. The motor is at the top of the anti-spill feed dispenser, making it out of reach of the cows. The drive shaft runs from the motor down through the centre of the dispenser. The drive shaft ends at the bottom of the pipe, in a spiral shape.
Installing and controlling
The anti-spill concentrate feeder fits any type of parlour, milking robot or concentrate feeder and on any feeding and management system. Using the MultiFrame, you can easily install it in your herringbone milking parlour. With several PipeFeeders next to each other, you can even feed several concentrates in the feeding station.
The PipeFeeder can be controlled stand-alone by means of boxes in the milking pit, these are called the ControlPanels . It can be set per cow or per side. The doser can also be controlled via cow recognition by means of the Spider, or by your own feed management system.
