Open applications for all our departments (engineering, sales and marketing) are always welcome! To give you an idea of what functions there are within Hanskamp, the departments are briefly introduced to you below:
Identifying problems, brainstorming together, developing ideas, making technical drawings, choosing materials and testing prototypes. (Further) developing products is what you do as an engineer. You must be creative and technical and love the variety of different workplaces such as the office or the test dairy.
Sales and marketing
Selling new and existing products is what you get a kick out of. Sales staff are the contacts for our customers, milking technology dealers throughout Europe. Tasks within this team include visiting milk technology dealers, giving explanations over the phone, preparing quotations and processing orders. As a salesperson, you must have a communicative and commercial attitude. You work a lot with people and want to help dairy farmers and dealers.
Assembly, logistics and purchasing
As an assembly employee, you will assemble products. Meanwhile, the buyer ensures that all materials for this are in stock and the logistics employee prepares everything neatly and on time for shipment to the customer. Quality and accuracy are paramount in the warehouse where employees in this department work.
