FeedStation Walk-Through Pneumatic

The FeedStation Walk-Through Pneumatic is a highly cow-friendly concentrate feeding station where the cow exits the station forward. This station is pneumatically controlled, with a T'port at the front and an L'port Pneumatic at the rear. Its dimensions are the same as those of a standard concentrate feeding station.

The FeedStation Walk-Through Pneumatic helps optimise cow flow in the barn. As one cow exits, the next can already enter the station.

Changeovers of just 3 seconds are not uncommon, compared to an average of 13 seconds with other systems. Unnatural movements, stress and injuries are effectively prevented thanks to this smart design.

At many conventional feeding stations, cows are required to exit backwards. This often results in collisions with other cows outside the station, leading to injuries to udders and legs. A cow re-entering the herd backwards is unable to defend herself and experiences stress. Additionally, the twisting motion needed to exit the station can place unnecessary strain on the hooves.

Expandable functionalities

The FeedStation Walk-Through Pneumatic comes standard with a PipeFeeder. It can be connected to any brand of control system and is supplied without cow identification and feed control.

The station can easily be expanded with up to four PipeFeeders, a MultiDos for dosing liquid or a Black-V for dosing powders. Multiple FeedStations can also be linked together effortlessly.
