Technical manager (France)
Are you passionate about technology and innovation in the international agricultural sector? Do you enjoy coordinating technical projects and installations? Join Hanskamp! We are currently seeking a Technical Manager for our location in France who has an excellent command of the English language.
The role
As a Technical Manager, you will be the central figure in our technical team, responsible for setting up and managing all processes, including after-sales. You will support dealers with installations and customer service while providing valuable feedback to our engineering department in the Netherlands. Based in Toussieu (France), you will frequently travel across France, French-speaking Switzerland, and Belgium. You will report directly to the site director.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and providing support during pre-installation, installation, and commissioning.
- Delivering after-sales service with support from the engineering department in the Netherlands.
- Conducting product training sessions for dealers.
- Gathering feedback from the field and contributing to product development.
- Contributing to brand promotion through presentations.
- Organizing technical visits and meetings.
- Sharing technical expertise and advice with the sales team.
Your profile
You have completed a higher technical education and possess a service-oriented mindset. You are proactive and have 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Experience with dairy and agricultural machinery is essential.
